Annickids-team is a painting and art studio located in a new eco-district, semi-pedestrian, in the heart of Erlenmatt.
The loft occupies a large walk-through area, glazed on two sides and specially designed to accommodate children.
The particularity of this place allows us to live in an urban as well as a rural environment; we are in the heart of the city of Basel, while enjoying a very present nature with our direct access through the terrace and the garden to the playgrounds and the Lange Erlen parks.
Kilometers of walking paths between rivers and forests. Public transportation and Bad Banhof are nearby.
About me
I have been a D.E childcare worker for 44 years and i am passionate about art
I opened my studio in 2015 and i have been working in Basel since 2003.
It is a space of child life, a small group of newborns, walkers, school children... and we paint every day.

Pedagogy
- Welcome with calm, empathy and joy.
- international atmosphere, a place of learning and caring that develops each child in a preschool setting.
- To accompany the discoveries with interest and rigor, self-esteem and pleasure.
- The rythm is specific to each person, time is essential.
- Generate group cohesion, make the most of imitation, effervescence, carry out common projects.
Hygiene and safety
- Regular ventilation, daily cleaning.
- Awakening to cleanliness.
- Childhood diseases not admitted, Covid test in case of symptoms.
- Strict observance of security (keys, barrier, helmet, seats...).
- The workshop is reserved for children, their beds and seats are personal.
- I cook meals (farm fresh ingredients) every day.
Supervision
- Each assistant makes every effort to work on her own account, in synergy with the Annickids project, and proposes her personal activity/hobby.
- In case of special activities (big outings), or influx (more than 5 children), my assistant will be present.
Teacher: possibility of private lessons (French, yoga, piano, dance).
